ALLAH MENCELA JIKA BUDAK WANITA TIDAK DISETUBUHI

QS 66 At-Tahrim

LATAR BELAKANG

Saat itu adalah giliran Hafsa untuk bersetubuh dengan sang Nabi. Budak Hafsa yang bernama Maria, orang Koptik Kristen pemberian dari Raja Iskandariyah, juga berada di kamarnya ketika sang Nabi masuk. Maria adalah gadis remaja yang cantik jelita, merangsang sukma. Dia membangkitkan nafsu berahi pria manapun yang melihatnya; apalagi pria seperti sang Nabi yang diberi kekuatan seks sebanyak 30 pria oleh Allah. Kalau tidak percaya, lihat Hadisnya:

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 5, Number 268:
Narrated Qatada:
Anas bin Malik said, “The Prophet used to visit all his wives in a round, during the day and night and they were eleven in number.” I asked Anas, “Had the Prophet the strength for it?” Anas replied, “We used to say that the Prophet was given the strength of thirty (men).” And Sa’id said on the authority of Qatada that Anas had told him about nine wives only (not eleven).

Agar bisa berduaan saja dengan Maria, maka sang Nabi mengarang alasan dan mengatakan pada Hafsa bahwa ayahnya, yakni Umar, ingin bertemu dengannya. Padahal Umar tidak memanggil Hafsa dan saat itu dia sedang melakukan sunah Nabi. Hafsa tidak menemukan ayahnya Umar ketika tiba di rumah ayahnya di ujung jalan.

Hafsa: “Bu, Bapak mana?”
Ibu Hafsah: “Bapak sedang pergi ke ladang Al Manasi dekat Baqia untuk berak.”
Hafsa: “Kenapa tidak ke belakang rumah saja?”
Ibu Hafsah: “Lho, bukankah merupakan sunah Nabi untuk berak di tempat yang sama sang Nabi berak?”
Hafsa: “O gitu ya? Ya udah, kutunggu saja dia.”
Ibu Hafsa: “Tampaknya kau harus tunggu lama. Dia berencana mengintip istri-istri Nabi.”
Hafsa: “Astaghfirullah! Ngapain ngintip istri-istri Nabi?”
Ibu Hafsa: “Perlu dong, agar mereka benar-benar pakai kerudung sesuai dengan QS 33 Al-‘Ahzab 59 jika mereka berak. Kau kan tahu bahwa ayat itu dikirim Allah atas permintaan ayahmu.”

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 74, Number 257:
Narrated ‘Aisha:
(the wife of the Prophet) ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab used to say to Allah’s Apostle “Let your wives be veiled” But he did not do so. The wives of the Prophet used to go out to answer the call of nature at night only at Al-Manasi.’ Once Sauda, the daughter of Zam’a went out and she was a tall woman. ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab saw her while he was in a gathering, and said, “I have recognized you, O Sauda!” He (‘Umar) said so as he was anxious for some Divine orders regarding the veil (the veiling of women.) So Allah revealed the Verse of veiling. (Al-Hijab; a complete body cover excluding the eyes). (See Hadith No. 148, Vol. 1)

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 8, Number 395:
Narrated ‘Umar (bin Al-Khattab):
My Lord agreed with me in three things:
1. I said,”O Allah’s Apostle, I wish we took the station of Abraham as our praying place (for some of our prayers). So came the Divine Inspiration: And take you (people) the station of Abraham as a place of prayer (for some of your prayers e.g. two Rakat of Tawaf of Ka’ba)”. (2.125)
2. And as regards the (verse of) the veiling of the women, I said, ‘O Allah’s Apostle! I wish you ordered your wives to cover themselves from the men because good and bad ones talk to them.’ So the verse of the veiling of the women was revealed.
3. Once the wives of the Prophet made a united front against the Prophet and I said to them, ‘It may be if he (the Prophet) divorced you, (all) that his Lord (Allah) will give him instead of you wives better than you.’ So this verse (the same as I had said) was revealed.” (66.5).

Hafsa: “Wah, aku tidak bisa menunggu bapak terlalu lama. Malam ini giliranku ngeseks dengan sang Nabi. Dia tentunya sedang menungguku di ranjang saat ini.”

SANG NABI MEMANG SEDANG BERADA DI RANJANG SAAT ITU, TAPI TIDAK SEDANG MENUNGGU HAFSA

Ketika Hafsa kembali, dia menemukan sang Nabi sedang sibuk menggumuli babunya si Maria di atas ranjang Hafsa! Hafsa ngamuk berat (dia pemarah sama seperti ayahnya Umar) dan mulai mencaci-maki sang Nabi.

Hafsa: “Rasulullah, kau bohong dan menipuku agar bisa ngebor babuku?”
Sang Nabi: “Hafsa, jaga kata-katamu. Qur’an 33 Al-‘Ahzab 32 berkata kau harus berbicara sopan terhadap Rasul Allah.”

QS 33 Al-‘Ahzab 32
Hai isteri-isteri Nabi, kamu sekalian tidaklah seperti wanita yang lain, jika kamu bertakwa. Maka janganlah kamu tunduk dalam berbicara sehingga berkeinginanlah orang yang ada penyakit dalam hatinya dan ucapkanlah perkataan yang baik,

Hafsa: “Aku akan berkata sopan pada Nabi jika Nabi berhenti melakukan perbuatan yang memalukan dirinya sendiri.”
Sang Nabi: “Ngeseks dengan budak wanita bukanlah perbuatan yang memalukan. Allah telah menghalalkan hal itu bagiku.”

QS 33 Al-‘Ahzab 50
Hai Nabi, sesungguhnya Kami telah menghalalkan bagimu isteri-isterimu yang telah kamu berikan mas kawinnya dan hamba sahaya yang kamu miliki yang termasuk apa yang kamu peroleh dalam peperangan yang dikaruniakan Allah untukmu, dan (demikian pula) anak-anak perempuan dari saudara laki-laki bapakmu, anak-anak perempuan dari saudara perempuan bapakmu, anak-anak perempuan dari saudara laki-laki ibumu dan anak-anak perempuan dari saudara perempuan ibumu yang turut hijrah bersama kamu dan perempuan mukmin yang menyerahkan dirinya kepada Nabi kalau Nabi mau mengawininya, sebagai pengkhususan bagimu, bukan untuk semua orang mukmin. Sesungguhnya Kami telah mengetahui apa yang Kami wajibkan kepada mereka tentang isteri-isteri mereka dan hamba sahaya yang mereka miliki supaya tidak menjadi kesempitan bagimu. Dan adalah Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang.

Hafsa: “Aku tidak peduli semua alasan ini itu halal. Silakan kau ngeseks dengan onta betina sekalipun, aku tidak peduli. Tapi aku tidak mau kau melakukan hal itu di atas ranjangku, di malam giliranku.”
Sang Nabi: “Hafsa, tenang dong, say. Kuberitahu, yah. Jika kau tidak membocorkan hal ini dan tidak mengatakan pada siapapun, maka aku bersumpah tidak akan pernah lagi menyentuh Maria. Cobalah tenang, minum air putih dingin kek.”
Hafsa: “Baiklah, aku juga ingin buang air kecil.”

QS 66 At-Tahrim 1-2 DIWAHYUKAN

Hafsa kembali dari buang air kecil dan lagi-lagi menemukan suaminya di ranjangnya bersama Maria.

Hafsa: “Rasulullah, kau ini sudah hilang ingatan, ya? Barusan kau bilang kau tidak akan menyentuh Maria lagi!”
Sang Nabi: “Iya, memang begitu, tapi lalu Allah menurunkan QS 66 At-Tahrim 1 sewaktu kau pergi pipis, dan isinya adalah, “Hai Nabi, mengapa kamu mengharamkan apa yang Allah halalkan bagimu; kamu mencari kesenangan hati isteri-isterimu? Dan Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang”
Hafsa: “Bagaimana dengan sumpahmu tadi?”
Sang Nabi: “Allah membatalkan sumpahku dengan QS 66 At-Tahrim 2 yang mengatakan bahwa, Sesungguhnya Allah telah mewajibkan kepadamu sekalian membebaskan diri dari sumpahmu dan Allah adalah Pelindungmu dan Dia Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana.”

ALLAH MENGINTIP BAGI SANG NABI

Di pagi harinya, ketika sang Nabi selesai salat fajar, istri-istrinya pada cemberut padanya dan mendiamkannya tanpa menyapanya dengan ramah seperti dulu. Sebodoh-bodohnya Muhammad, dia ternyata bisa menduga bahwa Hafsa telah menceritakan kejadian di ranjangnya kemarin malam pada semua istri-istrinya yang memang pada dasarnya iri pada kecantikan Maria dan cemburu pada rasa suka Muhammad pada Maria. Muhammad sangat jengkel dan dia dengan cepatnya menemui Hafsa di kamarnya.

Sang Nabi: “Tadi malam aku beritahu kau untuk merahasiakan kejadian ngeseks dengan Maria terhadap siapapun. Kenapa sekarang kau memberitahu orang lain tentang hal itu?”
Hafsa: “Lho, tahu dari mana kau tentang hal itu?”
Sang Nabi: “Allah yang memberitahu diriku.”

QS 66 At-Tahrim 3
Dan ingatlah ketika Nabi membicarakan secara rahasia kepada salah seorang isterinya (Hafsah) suatu peristiwa. Maka tatkala (Hafsah) menceritakan peristiwa itu (kepada Aisyah) dan Allah memberitahukan hal itu (pembicaraan Hafsah dan Aisyah) kepada Muhammad lalu Muhammad memberitahukan sebagian (yang diberitakan Allah kepadanya) dan menyembunyikan sebagian yang lain (kepada Hafsah). Maka tatkala (Muhammad) memberitahukan pembicaraan (antara Hafsah dan Aisyah) lalu (Hafsah) bertanya: “Siapakah yang telah memberitahukan hal ini kepadamu?” Nabi menjawab: “Telah diberitahukan kepadaku oleh Allah yang Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Mengenal”.

ISTRI-ISTRI YANG TIDAK TAAT AKAN DIBAKAR DI NERAKA!

Muhammad yang murka segera mengumpulkan istri-istrinya yang pada cemberut padanya dan menyampaikan ancaman Ilahi dari Allah pada mereka.

QS 66 At-Tahrim 5
Jika Nabi menceraikan kamu, boleh jadi Tuhannya akan memberi ganti kepadanya dengan isteri yang lebih baik daripada kamu, yang patuh, yang beriman, yang taat, yang bertaubat, yang mengerjakan ibadat, yang berpuasa, yang janda dan yang perawan.

Pesan ini bagaikan hukuman mati bagi para istri Nabi yang ketakutan. Diceraikan bisa berarti mati kelaparan karena tiada pria yang boleh mengawini istri Nabi berdasarkan ayat terdahulu. Sang Nabi lalu melanjutkan:

QS 66 At-Tahrim 10-11
Allah membuat isteri Nuh dan isteri Luth sebagai perumpamaan bagi orang-orang kafir. Keduanya berada di bawah pengawasan dua orang hamba yang saleh di antara hamba-hamba Kami; lalu kedua isteri itu berkhianat kepada suaminya (masing-masing), maka suaminya itu tiada dapat membantu mereka sedikitpun dari (siksa) Allah; dan dikatakan (kepada keduanya): “Masuklah ke dalam jahannam bersama orang-orang yang masuk (jahannam)”.
Dan Allah membuat isteri Fir’aun perumpamaan bagi orang-orang yang beriman, ketika ia berkata: “Ya Rabbku, bangunkanlah untukku sebuah rumah di sisi-Mu dalam firdaus, dan selamatkanlah aku dari Fir’aun dan perbuatannya, dan selamatkanlah aku dari kaum yang zhalim.

SATU BULAN JEDA, HANYA BERSAMA MARIA SAJA

Para istri Muhammad mulai menangis ketakutan. Mati kelaparan saja masih lebih baik daripada dibakar abadi di Neraka. Mereka bersujud memeluk kakinya dan minta ampun padanya. Sang Nabi suci penuh kasih lalu mengeluarkan QS 4 An-Nisa’ 34 (tidak berhubungan seks dengan istri sebagai hukuman). Dia bisa saja menceraikan mereka semua seperti nasehat Allah atau memukul mereka seperti yang tercantum dalam QS 4 An-Nisa’ 34 (di sini tertulis penjelasan tentang pemukulan pada istri dari Muslim-muslim mukmin yang doyan memukuli istri atau bermaksud melaksanakannya).

Muhammad mengasingkan diri dari istri-istrinya selama sebulan dan hanya tidur bersama Maria saja untuk menghina mereka dan membuat mereka cemburu.

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 43, Number 648:
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbas:
I had been eager to ask ‘Umar about the two ladies from among the wives of the Prophet regarding whom Allah said (in the Qur’an saying): If you two (wives of the Prophet namely Aisha and Hafsa) turn in repentance to Allah your hearts are indeed so inclined (to oppose what the Prophet likes) (66.4), till performed the Hajj along with ‘Umar (and on our way back from Hajj) he went aside (to answer the call of nature) and I also went aside along with him carrying a tumbler of water. When he had answered the call of nature and returned. I poured water on his hands from the tumbler and he performed ablution. I said, “O Chief of the believers! ‘ Who were the two ladies from among the wives of the Prophet to whom Allah said:

‘If you two return in repentance (66.4)? He said, “I am astonished at your question, O Ibn ‘Abbas. They were Aisha and Hafsa.”

Then ‘Umar went on relating the narration and said. “I and an Ansari neighbor of mine from Bani Umaiya bin Zaid who used to live in ‘Awali Al-Medina, used to visit the Prophet in turns. He used to go one day, and I another day. When I went I would bring him the news of what had happened that day regarding the instructions and orders and when he went, he used to do the same for me. We, the people of Quraish, used to have authority over women, but when we came to live with the Ansar, we noticed that the Ansari women had the upper hand over their men, so our women started acquiring the habits of the Ansari women. Once I shouted at my wife and she paid me back in my coin and I disliked that she should answer me back. She said, ‘Why do you take it ill that I retort upon you? By Allah, the wives of the Prophet retort upon him, and some of them may not speak with him for the whole day till night.’ What she said scared me and I said to her, ‘Whoever amongst them does so, will be a great loser.’ Then I dressed myself and went to Hafsa and asked her, ‘Does any of you keep Allah’s Apostle angry all the day long till night?’ She replied in the affirmative. I said, ‘She is a ruined losing person (and will never have success)! Doesn’t she fear that Allah may get angry for the anger of Allah’s Apostle and thus she will be ruined? Don’t ask Allah’s Apostle too many things, and don’t retort upon him in any case, and don’t desert him. Demand from me whatever you like, and don’t be tempted to imitate your neighbor (i.e. ‘Aisha) in her behavior towards the Prophet), for she (i.e. Aisha) is more beautiful than you, and more beloved to Allah’s Apostle.

In those days it was rumored that Ghassan, (a tribe living in Sham) was getting prepared their horses to invade us. My companion went (to the Prophet on the day of his turn, went and returned to us at night and knocked at my door violently, asking whether I was sleeping. I was scared (by the hard knocking) and came out to him. He said that a great thing had happened. I asked him: What is it? Have Ghassan come? He replied that it was worse and more serious than that, and added that Allah’s Apostle had divorced all his wives. I said, Hafsa is a ruined loser! I expected that would happen some day.’ So I dressed myself and offered the Fajr prayer with the Prophet. Then the Prophet entered an upper room and stayed there alone. I went to Hafsa and found her weeping. I asked her, ‘Why are you weeping? Didn’t I warn you? Have Allah’s Apostle divorced you all?’ She replied, ‘I don’t know. He is there in the upper room.’ I then went out and came to the pulpit and found a group of people around it and some of them were weeping. Then I sat with them for some time, but could not endure the situation. So I went to the upper room where the Prophet was and requested to a black slave of his: “Will you get the permission of (Allah’s Apostle) for Umar (to enter)? The slave went in, talked to the Prophet about it and came out saying, ‘I mentioned you to him but he did not reply.’ So, I went and sat with the people who were sitting by the pulpit, but I could not bear the situation, so I went to the slave again and said: “Will you get he permission for Umar? He went in and brought the same reply as before. When I was leaving, behold, the slave called me saying, “Allah’s Apostle has granted you permission.” So, I entered upon the Prophet and saw him lying on a mat without wedding on it, and the mat had left its mark on the body of the Prophet, and he was leaning on a leather pillow stuffed with palm fires. I greeted him and while still standing, I said: “Have you divorced your wives?’ He raised his eyes to me and replied in the negative. And then while still standing, I said chatting: “Will you heed what I say, ‘O Allah’s Apostle! We, the people of Quraish used to have the upper hand over our women (wives), and when we came to the people whose women had the upper hand over them…”

‘Umar told the whole story (about his wife). “On that the Prophet smiled.” ‘Umar further said, “I then said, ‘I went to Hafsa and said to her: Do not be tempted to imitate your companion (‘Aisha) for she is more beautiful than you and more beloved to the Prophet.’ The Prophet smiled again. When I saw him smiling, I sat down and cast a glance at the room, and by Allah, I couldn’t see anything of importance but three hides. I said (to Allah’s Apostle) “Invoke Allah to make your followers prosperous for the Persians and the Byzantines have been made prosperous and given worldly luxuries, though they do not worship Allah?’ The Prophet was leaning then (and on hearing my speech he sat straight) and said, ‘O Ibn Al-Khatttab! Do you have any doubt (that the Hereafter is better than this world)? These people have been given rewards of their good deeds in this world only.’ I asked the Prophet . ‘Please ask Allah’s forgiveness for me. The Prophet did not go to his wives because of the secret which Hafsa had disclosed to ‘Aisha, and he said that he would not go to his wives for one month as he was angry with them when Allah admonished him (for his oath that he would not approach Maria). When twenty-nine days had passed, the Prophet went to Aisha first of all. She said to him, ‘You took an oath that you would not come to us for one month, and today only twenty-nine days have passed, as I have been counting them day by day.’ The Prophet said, ‘The month is also of twenty-nine days.’ That month consisted of twenty-nine days. ‘Aisha said, ‘When the Divine revelation of Choice was revealed, the Prophet started with me, saying to me, ‘I am telling you something, but you needn’t hurry to give the reply till you can consult your parents.” ‘Aisha knew that her parents would not advise her to part with the Prophet . The Prophet said that Allah had said:–

‘O Prophet! Say To your wives; If you desire The life of this world And its glitter, … then come! I will make a provision for you and set you free In a handsome manner. But if you seek Allah And His Apostle, and The Home of the Hereafter, then Verily, Allah has prepared For the good-doers amongst you A great reward.’ (33.28) ‘Aisha said, ‘Am I to consult my parents about this? I indeed prefer Allah, His Apostle, and the Home of the Hereafter.’ After that the Prophet gave the choice to his other wives and they also gave the same reply as ‘Aisha did.”

Allah juga menambahkan penderitaan pada istri-istri Muhammad dengan membuat Maria hamil sekalian dan melahirkan anak laki (Ibrahim). Punya bayi laki merupakan hal yang paling diinginkan Muhammad dan hal ini tidak dia dapatkan dari istri-istrinya sendiri (Ibrahim mati di usia 2 tahun).

CATATAN

Sekelompok Muslim yang malu akan kejadian ini membuat Hadis palsu tentang QS 66 At-Tahrim, untuk melindungi nama baik Muhammad. Mereka mengarang cerita bahwa sumpah Muhammad adalah tidak menyentuh madu dan bukan Maria. Ini jelas karangan mereka belaka dan sangat tidak masuk akal.

Inilah yang ditulis Ibn Sa’d dalam “Tabaqat“:

Waqidi has informed us that Abu Bakr has narrated that the messenger of Allah (PBUH) had sexual intercourse with Maria in the house of Hafsa.. She told the prophet, O Messenger of Allah, do you do this in my house and during my turn? The messenger said, control yourself and let me go because I make her haram to me. Hafsa said, I do not accept, unless you swear for me. That Hazrat (his holiness) said, by Allah I will not contact her again. Berdasarkan keterangan Hadis Sahih Bukhari di atas, ternyata hijab, jilbab, niqab tidak lebih daripada WC portable! Hijab dikenakan Muslimah agar bagian aurat mereka tidak tampak ketika buang hajat. Astaghfirullah! Kenapa tidak membangun WC tertutup saja? Kenapa malah perempuannya dikerudungin dan harus membawa WC portable ini ke mana-mana?
